Antonelliana, the tallest brick building
in the world with its 163.35 metres high, and the
Egyptian
Museum, housing the most important
collection of artistic objects and daily tools of
the Egyptian civilization.
While walking through the elegant streets of the
city, we'll have relaxing stops inside the
historic cafès and the trendy winebars, and at
lunchtime a visit to the recently opened Emporium
of Food of Quality, Eataly, right inside the
core of the modern Expo & Congress area. In
the late afternoon a visit to the most “in“ choco
lab to taste the very fine specialities of Mr
Guido Gobino and to finish the day “en grandeur”,
a night visit to the recently opened Royal
Hunting Palace at Venaria, back to its ancient
splendours after a long period of interiors’

A 1 day tour with a cooking class in one of the
most celebrated restaurant of Italy -
" La Contea"
in Neive,
charming medieval resort in the heart of
Barbaresco
production in Langhe wine district.Starting the
day with a visit at the winery Podere Rocche dei
Manzoni of Mr Valentino Migliorini, great
Barolist and Brut maker in Monforte d'Alba, where
the ancientest vineyards of Nebbiolo for Barolo
production are planted.Then we'll move to
Barbaresco side where Mr Stupino at the majestic
Castello di Neive will wait us for a visit at his
winery and a guided tasting session with him.
Then, to catch secrets of the very rich (though
simple ad genuine in the ingredients!) local
cuisine an instructive and funny cooking lesson
in the d'antan atmosphere of "La Contea". To end
up the very beautiful memories of your day in
Langhe, after having enjoyed an aperitif at the
sunset in that natural balcony of Neive, an
excellent dinner - partly (!) based on what you
cooked!

Gigliotti, the owner, fine wine taster and
enthusiast supporter of local and extralocal
artisanal production of cheese, salami and bread,

table of its cosy dehors.

day tour starting from the hotels in Torino for
all the guests who want to visit the cellars of
that celebrated gotha of winemakers, such as

Conterno-Fantino, Elio Altare, Pio Cesare,
Prunotto, Ceretto, Coppo, Contratto and Villa
Sparina, some of the undisputable
protagonists in the art of winemaking, whether
they be assertive defenders of tradition or
original pathfinders, simply the makers of their
