Taking part to a Truffle hunting in Barolo with a long experienced trifulau and then learning more about this unique perfume for the gourmands’ nose – how to choose it, how to better appreciate it, how to keep it and what’s its usage in cuisine. And to end up the day getting the most, a vist to a celebrated winery of Barolo area, Prunotto, historic griffe of wine in Alba.
